Back in the 8th grade, my dad asked me how his company should promote itself. I was meant to say something small. I said a lot.
I still remember the napkin.
I enjoyed every minute of it. It felt like something made for me, and I was genuinely happy doing the work.
That part never left.
He told me the field had a name: marketing. He thought it might be my thing.
He was right.
Since then I have been researching, getting involved and constantly making new ideas. I have not stopped once.
Still going.
Where that leaves me
Eighteen, freelancing and still drafting ideas nobody asked me for.
